The EasyCardDesigner system helps you sell your other core products such as banners, flyers, offer mail box services, etc.

The EasyCardDesigner system leverages web 2.0 (fancy way of saying the “new” Internet) properties such as Google, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube to drive traffic to your site. 84% of people use Google to find businesses – you NEED to use it to be successful.

Here are the steps you need to take:

  2. Go to Google's Local Business Center. (You may need to sign up for an account, but it is worth it.)
  3. Watch Google's Local Business Center Video.
  4. Once you have created your Google account (or logged into your existing account), complete the steps for adding a new local listing (MAKE SURE to add xxxx.easycarddesigner.com, where xxxx is the store you created. Create a title that has the keywords “business cards” in it, for example “Karen’s Quality Business Cards”).
  5. Hint: COMPLETE as much of the listing as possible (such as adding videos, coupons, store hours, etc (will help you rank higher). This will help your listing to rank even higher.
  6. NOTE1: You will need to be by a phone, because Google’s automated system will call you with an authorization number you need to copy down and enter online to activate your listing.
  7. NOTE 2: It may take 2 days for your listing to be updated and show up.
  8. After a minimum of two days, search your city + business cards (for example "San Diego Business Cards")and your listing should appear.
  9. NOTE 3: Using the above example if you or your customers for that matter physically lived in or near San Diego, or any other city used as an example, YOU WOULD NOT need to type in the city + business cards because Google is smart enough to know your location and return the appropriate local results.
  10. If you have completed the following steps above and two days have elapsed and you have not seen your Google Listing, please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. There are many factors that affect listing positions and we have only given you the basic information on creating your local listing.
  11. For those of you that have completed the steps and have gained top listing positions on the front page of the Google Local results, please send your URL and location to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with subject line “Thanks, Google Success” – as your feedback is important and we are continually testing methods to increase traffic to your site.
