What is the purpose of the book of templates?
Our book of templates is for in house use at your place of business so your customers can easily and quickly view over 2500+ templates, all paper stocks, ink colors, font typefaces, plus includes a suggested retail price sheet. Your customers will need minimal assistance which in turn cuts down your time when creating and ordering business cards.
Do you offer a branded book of templates with my logo?
Yes we do.
How do I get a Book of Templates?
Login to your account and click "order catalog" or you may call customer service at: 888.429.8372. The cost of our book is $40, however, this is credited to your account, so essentially this book is free. Our book of templates contains over 2500+ images, multiple font styles, and paper stocks.
Can I use the image on the business cards for other products I sell?
You may purchase the high resolution business card image for your customer to use on their other printed products. We are the only business card company that allows you to purchase the business card artwork for additional uses. This allows you to sell more products to your customer with the same image that is on their business card.
Can you drop ship to my customer? How do I get this started?
Yes we drop ship to your location or your customer's. Packages can be labeled with your brand too if you desire. There is no additional fee for this. Contact customer service to opt in for this service.
What is your shipping policy?
Our shipping fees follow the published UPS rates or may be billed directly to your UPS account.
How do I receive my Free Google ad after I register?
To start the process contact the ECD Community Manager.
Can you manage business cards for customers who already have a business card template and reorder on a regular basis?
Yes, we can program your customers templates online for easy reordering.
Are your business cards made of recycled materials?
Our business cards contain up to 20% of recycled materials.
